About Us

About Site

More Than Three Fifth (MTTF) is a community visibility and engagement network that connects businesses, organizations, and residents through storytelling, education, and participation opportunities.

MTTF was created to help entrepreneurs and community organizations remain visible and connected beyond a single event, post, or program. Through digital profiles, shared content, and community interaction, members have an ongoing space to introduce their work, share resources, and build relationships with audiences and partners.

As part of The Eclectic Group ecosystem, MTTF supports outreach and engagement efforts by maintaining a standing community network. Organizations, initiatives, and programs can share announcements, opportunities, and resources with an established audience rather than starting from zero each time.

Site Features:

Content & Storytelling

MTTF produces original content that highlights entrepreneurs, organizations, and community leaders. Through interviews, articles, and features, members share how they started, what they’ve learned, and how they continue to grow.

Our goal is to make entrepreneurship and community participation more accessible by sharing real stories, practical advice, and resources people can actually use.

Why MTTF Exists

Many businesses and community programs struggle with visibility and sustained connection after an event or launch. MTTF provides a consistent space where relationships can continue, resources can be shared, and audiences can stay engaged over time.

By combining storytelling, education, and participation opportunities, More Than Three Fifth helps individuals and organizations remain visible, connected, and supported year-round.

About Creators

More Than Three Fifth was founded by Kali Williams and Daryl, partners based in Brooklyn, New York, who share a commitment to supporting small businesses and strengthening community connections.

Kali is a marketing and community engagement strategist and the founder of The Eclectic Group. Through her work with public agencies, cultural organizations, and entrepreneurs, she saw that many businesses and community programs struggle with visibility and sustained connection after an event or launch. She created MTTF as a space where storytelling, marketing education, and ongoing engagement could continue beyond a single moment.

Daryl focuses on community outreach and relationship-building. He works directly with business owners and community members, helping introduce organizations to the platform and ensuring the network reflects real neighborhood voices and needs. His role centers on trust, connection, and keeping the community actively involved.

Together, they built More Than Three Fifth to provide a consistent place for visibility, learning, and opportunity sharing. The platform highlights entrepreneurs and organizations, offers practical education and resources, and connects people to programs, services, and one another.

The name “More Than Three Fifth” reflects a belief that individuals and communities should be recognized for their full contributions and potential. Through this platform, Kali and Daryl aim to create a space where businesses and community voices remain visible, supported, and connected over time.
